To those who were lucky enough to have known Rebecca personally, she was strong, caring, supportive, and generous with her time. She truly did and continues to make a positive difference in the lives that she touches. One quality that I admired the most was her positivity. She chose, on a daily basis, to look at the silver lining and set an example for others in how to look for the best in people. It was her choice to have a sunny attitude that lifted others. She offset this with a sense of humor that was infectious. She and I could laugh at ourselves and at the world and often did. I am grateful to her for introducing me to her family, although they probably don't remember me. My deepest sympathy goes out to the people in her life who loved her and love her still. My deepest regret is not being able to say good bye in-person, although her spirit will still be with us. -with sadness and sympathy
